John Walsh is president of San Diego-based MDA DataQuick, a MDA Lending Solutions company and leading provider of real estate information solutions. In this role, Walsh is tasked with managing and growing the day-to-day operations of the company, which monitors real estate activity nationwide and provides information to consumers, educational institutions, public agencies, lending institutions, title companies and industry analysts.
Walsh has more than 20 years of senior management experience in the financial services industry and more than ten years leading technology firms. This includes serving as president of San Diego-based Del Mar Database, the leading provider of technology solutions to residential lenders.
Walsh also worked as president of Oakland, Calif.-based RF/Spectrum Decision Science Corp. and chairman and CEO of Burlingame, Calif.-based PureCarbon, Inc. (now Workstream, Inc.), as well as senior management positions at Woodland Hills, Calif.-based Weyerhaeuser Mortgage, Seattle, Wash.-based SeaFirst Bank and Oakland, Calif.-based All Pacific Mortgage.
In 1982, Walsh received a bachelors degree from California Lutheran College, graduating summa cum laude. He received a masters in business administration in 1986.
