Annette is a Partner in Deloitte Consulting’s Strategy and Operations practice where she serves as the Service Operations Effectiveness (SOE) Service Offering leader which focuses on optimizing costs and improving service quality within in service organizations. She has almost 20 years of experience assisting organizations in major enterprise-wide change and transformation programs which have included optimizing costs and improving service delivery and quality in addition to merger integration and systems implementations.
She has been recognized globally by Computerworld Magazine for delivering significant performance improvement results to one of her clients. Annette is also the author of “Reinventing Financial Services - Succeeding with Corporate Transformation”, an industry thought piece and she has also presented to the Mortgage Banking Association on “Building the new Retail Mortgage Bank”.
She is also the Southeast Consulting Women’s Initiative (WIN) Leader. In this capacity she focuses on developing a community of women within Deloitte Consulting where they can develop and receive mentoring, network with other women, focus on professional development and build alliances within the local community.
