Mr. Anderson bring over 30 years of mortgage banking technology experience to SigniaDocs. His knowledge and expertise is invaluable in leading our business development initiatives for eMortgages and Signia's overall vision of the paperless real estate transaction.
Previous employers include Stewart Lender Services where he was the Director of eMortgage Solutions, Dexma, DocuTech, Ignition Mortgage Technology Solutions (a wholly-owned subsidiary of Freddie Mac at the time), Ticor Realty Tax Services, ALLTEL (now Fidelity Services) and ran the eCommerce Division for HomeSide Lending (now WAMU). Tim also founded the eMortgage Alliance™ which supports MISMO standard for delivering legal paperless processes.
He has served on the Advisory Boards of Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, Microsoft and the Housing Roundtable, (Electronic Financial Services Council) and has served as a consultant to many evolving technology firms. He is a past member of the MBA MISMO Governance Committee and current member of the MBA's Board of Technology, (BodTech) the Residential Technology Committee (ResTech) Software & Services Subcommittee and eMortgage Adoption Task Force and MISMO eMortgage Workgroup. He also serves on the Advisory Board for SourceMedia and Real Estate Technology News publications. He has been published in Mortgage Technology and Mortgage Banking magazines and listed in Who's Who in Internet Technology. Long known for promoting strategic applications and trends in technology such as XML and SMART Docs, Tim was recognized and received the prestigious Steven Fraser Award from Mortgage Technology magazine in 2003 and recently named Mortgage IT AllStar by Mortgage Banker Magazine and is a prominent speaker at many industry events.
