Mr. Hartley has been with ConAgra since 1995 and is currently responsible for defining and achieving the company’s data strategy and objectives. Mr. Hartley manages ConAgra Foods’ data-related activities, including data governance, and data maintenance.   His key responsibilities are to define data-related business processes and data standards, ensure compliance to those standards, as well as publishing and monitoring the company’s data scorecards and metrics.

Prior to his role in Data Management, Mr. Hartley was the Vice President of Customer Finance where he was responsible for the credit and collections, cash application, and deduction resolution functions. Mr. Hartley brings over 10 years experience in customer service, business integration, and project management.
