Susan Bradley, CFP® is a recognized thought-leader and author in financial transition planning. She is the founder of the Sudden Money® Institute (SMI), a resource center for protocols and planning process, specifically for life transitions. Through the Institute she offers private transition coaching for small groups and individuals, as well as training programs for financial advisors. Susan is also the founder of Women, Meaning, and Money™, a specialized program for women of wealth. Susan is the author of Sudden Money, Managing a Financial Windfall.

After more than 20 years as a full-time financial planner, Susan sold her financial planning practice to develop unique education and training programs for advisors, their clients, and the public. She brings her transformational programs to her audiences through speaking engagements, workshops, video projects, retreats and the internet. Her corporate clients include the National Football League (NFL), Bank of Montreal, and the Commonwealth Financial Group. Susan has published and presented specialized programs (in addition to the Sudden Money® Institute), including Money Shock Management, Women in Transition, and The Bliss List. Susan is also the founder of Kids Camp, a children’s summer camp that trains and educates children in the field of finance.

Susan has served the financial planning profession as a member of the FPA’s National Board of Directors. She currently serves on the National Football League’s Players Associations’ Financial Education Advisory Board. Susan is the recognized leader in the area of Sudden Money and has been featured extensively in the media. She has been seen and heard on: NBC’s Nightly News, CNBC, CNN, NPR, The Wall Street Journal and The New York Times.
