David has been a public finance investment banker in California for over 20 years, serving state, local and not-for-profit clients. Prior to joining Wells Fargo, David worked at Bank of America for 18 years and served as manager for that firm’s west coast public finance practice. As a banker, David has served as lead banker for many issuers in California, including the State of California, the counties of Los Angeles, San Diego, San Francisco and Santa Barbara and the Los Angeles and San Diego Unified school districts. His lead banker experience totals over $75 billion in financings issued in a wide variety of structures, including fixed rate bonds and note, variable rate demand bonds and synthetic fixed rate bonds.
David earned a B.S. degree in Accounting from the University of Florida and an MBA from the Anderson School of Management at UCLA. He also maintains a CPA license (inactive) in the State of California.
